Prices and the AI bill

Is there a price list, and who controls the AI bill?

If you came looking for a price list, there is none, and there are no plans or free tier either.

Your space's own AI features are paid to an AI provider, an outside service running AI models, which an admin (full authority over the space) connects with your firm's key. That key works for that space alone, not for spaces inside it. Apps your people link themselves think on each person's own AI account, but their requests to your assistants, searches by meaning and summaries of files they write still use your provider.

AIEUS's assistants reply only with Anthropic's Claude, while search by meaning (matching files by subject, not wording) needs Google's Gemini or Ollama (AI software you run yourself), so using both takes two providers.

Partial: Each assistant reply has built-in ceilings, limits on how much it may use, such as time, actions and AI text. A reply that runs out of time or AI text stops only after passing that ceiling, so the overrun is already used, and AI text is counted only roughly. So far these ceilings have been checked only by reading the code, and have not yet been tried on a running installation. Nearly all start at the most AIEUS allows, and admins can lower most of them, space by space, but cannot raise them.

An admin can also switch on a cap on each person's assistant use over the last 24 hours, the same for everyone. It is off by default, replies already under way can go past it, and no page shows usage.
