What it is for

Why would a business like mine need this at all?

If your people already use AI on the firm's work, or you are thinking about it, start with what AIEUS is for.

AIEUS gives your staff, and the AI apps they connect, one place to keep the firm's files, make small apps and ask named AI assistants for help.

Your admins, the people with full authority over a space, give each person an account, and an AI app that person connects, such as Claude, acts as them, within their permissions.

Each team, project or client can have its own space, called a module. Its work stays put unless deliberately linked elsewhere. But one backup covers every space. People from spaces above it can also enter: on a first visit their admins become its admins and, unless they come from the top space, their members become its members. This space's own admins can change those accounts afterwards.

The catch: assistant replies, file summaries and search by meaning (by subject, not wording) stay off until each space's admin connects separate AI services and picks one per feature. No single service does all three.

Even with no AI service connected by an admin, people can create, edit and upload files and find them by name or wording, and admins can manage people. Each person can also link their own AI app, like Claude, which runs on their own AI account.
