Can what my key people know stay with the business?

When a departing person's account is removed, their files and personal notes stay, readable by your admins (the people with full authority over your AIEUS space) until an admin deletes them.

No AIEUS setting removes them after a set time, so within AIEUS an admin decides what happens next, including sharing parts of them with whoever takes over. AIEUS gives no certificate that deleted files are gone, and what your host (whoever installs and runs AIEUS for you) can reach directly is for your host to say.

AIEUS gives every person and every space a Cortex: plain files where people and their AI write down what they know, so later work can start from there.

The catch: a Cortex holds none of your firm's know-how until people or their AI write it there, so someone has to do the writing.

A person's connected AI app is directed to read two cards first, the opening notes of their own Cortex and of the space's, though it may need asking. A card written too long arrives empty, and a team's Cortex never loads on its own.
